4 Workout Video Comparison

I workout everywhere I go, even when I go traveling.

It has been 2 years since I started working out regularly. So far I had followed 3 videos and starting my 4th one. Here are my thoughts on the workout videos. Hope they will help you start and maintain your workout journey. If you have any good videos, do share! We encourage and learn from each other!

3Video 1: Sweaty Ballet (I gave it this name 😛 ) This was my favorite. It is perfect for starters and females who wish to tone the whole body and train core muscles. There are 20 min elegant cardio and 20 min stretch. I had to take breaks in between when I just started. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SQlH_pHSa24 22

Video 2: HIIT girl After I started this video for 1 week, I didn’t want to go back to Video 1. This video is much more intense than Video 1, suitable for both men and women. You will get sweaty after perhaps only few minutes. I had to stop a few times when I first started and I felt vomiting due to the intensity. In short, this is a GREAT video. It focuses on legs, arm, and tummy. It is also 30 minutes. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uSYF37zDhiE1

Video 3: Brutal HIIT well, it is called Brutal HIIT on Youtube. However, I really didn’t feel BRUTAL. Maybe it is because Video 2 is more brutal. This 30 minute video will make you sweat a lot. It is suitable for both men and women. I am not sure whether I want to follow this video because I still prefer Video 2.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Diu-uPL7h5MUnnamed QQ Screenshot20160308114334

Video 4: Insane HIIT I saved this video in my favorite folder because of its name, INSANE. Going to try it soon. The comments and reviews of this video look cool. A lot of people said it was really insane. It is also 30 minutes. I believe both girls and boys can do. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EG3E1KX3Ti4
